🔰A tip to get the perfect round shape of the rice on the plate : -the rice container has to be a little damp before you add the rice , not wet , just damp -let it sit for 5secs before you flip it -if you’re not a pro , put the plate on top of the rice and then flip -don’t remove the cover immediately, wait for 3secs -remove gently 🔰Rice cooking tips : (If you’re not perboiling your rice) For 1 cup of 250ml of rice , add 350ml of water , reduce the fire when almost done so it cooks with the vapor at the end ! Don’t add so much water when the rice has cooked midway, it turns soggy !

Ooof sis 😭. Regarding tge rice try cooking it on low ( add a pinch of salt before it starts cooking ) and then once its soft and doesn't look uncooked drain it with strainer, pour 3-4 table spoons of water and then put it back on the stove on low until you hear or see the water dry up

Hey Natania When next you want to squeeze a lemon or lime, roll it with your palm or wrist or leg, over a surface or the floor(wash if you use your leg after😅). That way it will make it softer and it will be easier for juice extraction with your fingers. Since an extractor isn't available.

Common rice? chaii the fool proof method is wash 1 mug of rice boil 1 mug of salted water on the stove add the rice to the water when it starts to boil when the water starts dropping below the rice small small add a lid and switch from high heat to the lowest heat, then leave it for like 10 minutes fluff it up with a fork and then leave it for like 5 minutes with the lid back on
