I understand they are competing for 10 million but the judges need to be more professional in the way they talk to these contestant. If you watch chopped and other food competitions abroad the judges are usually very polite and less aggressive but alas! we are in Nigeria and that’s just how we are. Only Eni and Kunle have acted professional thus far.

That is absolutely not true. Food judges are ruthless everywhere. Gordon Ramsay is a renowned chef, and he's mostly known for being terrible on Hell's Kitchen, or there's Philippe Etchebest known for being rude on Top chef. Nigerians juste like to criticise🙄

So i don't understand the fuss. The best thing I can think of is puff puff which is standard street food and then pairing it with something creamy

@@servantofAllah108 I don't think you read my comment to it's end. Also because it's sweet doesn't automatically make it a dessert. Coconut puff in itself is not a dessert but it can be a part of a dessert plate which is why I used Puff puff in my example and mentioning what to pair it with for it to be called a Dessert. Our street food are mostly starters NOT standard Desserts. Desserts have to have more than one component of sweet items either layered or plated.
