Actually you can put a twist in cooking adobo. You can put sliced potatoes, some they put boiled eggs. In our province we sometimes put eggplant as well. Enjoy eating adobo with your family!

You can also put strawberry jam in the Adobo. But the best adobo has macademia nuts, blue cheese, and caviar.

No lemon in adobo. The sourness of the vinegar is sufficient. You also need to use whole black pepper & bay leaves too.. Try adding Sprite or 7-Up too…. Delish!!!

Thank you to that 💕... For better adobo, marinate it all ingredients without water, like at least 1 hr (no water) to sooth the sauce, u can cook it immediately tho Here's the tips, Soy sauce Vinegar Sugar Onion Garlic Ginger And then laurel leaves when u start cooking.. The purpose of marinating is to the sauce sooth the chicken.. Only put water if it needed, because chicken brings water itself while cooking just cover it ... So boiled it through the marinated without water, cover it and put water when its necessary ( if you see it almost dry, not putting water is a secret of ur chicken to turn it more brown cause of the sauce) and u can get a good tastes☺️ Great job!! 👏👏Still U did great❤

Adobo tips: 1. If you have any leftover for the next day, flake the meat and fry to a crisp. Can be eaten as an aside or sandwiched with mayo spread. 2. Use same marinade mix diluted with water to soften/boil cleaned pig trotters. Once tender, let meat dry in the ref for at least 1 hour then deep fry in boiling oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and let meat rest for a few minutes. Put boiling oil on high fire then refry meat until skin is crisp. Voila! You now have another Filipino fave dish Krispy Pata! Dont forget to make the vinegar -soy- sugar- onion-chili- dip for the Krispy Pata!
