Try to use garlic..it softens the meat

If you want meat to be soft boil the meat first. When its cooked add some garlic and cook for a short time. If you have no problem with bicarbonate of soda you can add and cook a bit more. Blend tomatoes, a bit of garlic, ginger and white onion. Fry this mix. Let it cook well, like 10min. Add salt, Add the meat. Add soya sauce. Continue cooking for 5 minutes and you are done. Yummy. When you wash your meat with salt it makes it tough.
