Dear Sir, After watching your show, it brought tears to my eyes seeing how your mother was so accepting of your wife. Unlike you my mother was not so fortunate to have parents so open minded. They held it against her all their life despite being devout Sikhs. The irony of it all, I now have two cousins who have married European ladies ( one from England, the other from Paris). If only they remained alive long enough to witness it. How I wish my grand parents had the largesse d'esprit to accept us for who we are. I just love seeing how loving they are with eachother. Thats something i always dreamt of. Im german and was together with a pakistani guy for 9 years. Loved his culture, language and of course cuisine. Always dreamt of being able to cook one day with his mum as its my passion.
