Cooking ASMR | Creamy Tortellini Soup 🍲😋

Hey guys, I'm back with another cooking ASMR video for you all! This one is perfect for a cold evening when you just want to be comfy :) Here's my recipe:
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup to 1 cup of various mixed vegetables (I used celery and carrots mainly)
1/3 cup flour
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (or 2-3 teaspoons minced)
Put all that in a bowl and microwave for 5 minutes, stop every 90 seconds to stir. Add that to your slow cooker. Also add:
4 cups of beef or chicken broth
A pound of sausage
1 packet beef bouillon
A sprinkle of salt
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. About 15-20 minutes before it's done, take the sausage out. Wait until it has cooled down and then chop it up. Re-add to pot. Next add:
1/4 cup cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
1 pint heavy cream
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook on high until desired thickness is achieved (about 2 hours). Add fresh cooked tortellini as needed (don't add extra into soup for chilling or it will become soggy). Optional: heat bread wrapped in aluminum foil in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
