Found this in 2023 and can’t believe I found this after so long…this was my FIRST EVER ASMR video I had ever come across ten years ago! I have been following you but didn’t realize it had been you that made this and that I have been with you for THIS long. You have clearly made the ASMR game what it is! Sending you love all your work, the new and the old 💕

To all you people out there who comment on her videos negatively 1. Understand what you're viewing and the purpose. If you read the description it may help. 2. One of the most beautiful gentle people you could ever come across just listen! Does she sound threatening? You need to be rude and/or hurtful? 3. There happens to be more and more people coming to realize that they have"asmr" and you are way out voted. ie. Way more ppl watch these videos because they find them relaxing and get a trigger than ppl who come to be rude. 4. To some of us this beautiful woman is one of the founding/leaders in this un-scientifically proven feeling. We need more people like her! I'm sorry if her videos offend anybody although I find it impossible to see how they would :(

+Leigh Taft "2. One of the most beautiful gentle people you could ever come across just listen! Does she sound threatening? You need to be rude and/or hurtful?" A) She never EVER says it's healthy. She points out that it's low in calories B) butter/fat does not necessarily equate 'UNhealthy' in fact fats are a necessary staple in a healthy diet. Diet choices that make you thin doesn't mean it makes you healthy. C) she only uses around 5 or 6 tablespoons for the entire meal which seems to be at least 2 servings if not more.

@humanormachine29364 жыл бұрын
5-6 tablespoons is close to a full stick of butter. And any meal for two or three people containing that much butter is not what one would call low in calories. I'm all for including fat in your diet, and even eating tasty dishes with a lot of butter on occasion, like shrimp scampi or fettuccine alfredo. But excess saturated fat consumed on a regular basis is not great for your health. I wish she had said, "I enjoy cooking with a lot of butter, I know it's not for everyone" or "This is a particularly rich dish" and left it at that, instead of trying to rationalize it and explain why it's "not bad". It seems weird to go on about how a meal is low in calories, when it's clearly not.

Well, in Spain many people cook with vegetable oil and use olive oil only for dressings. Olive oil is way healthier, though.
@TheIves338 жыл бұрын
Yolanda ! yes in the states we do use butter to cook with in these ways but butter does not have a very high threshold for heat therefore you won't see it being used in recipes where the pan will need to be brought to medium high, or hotter, because the butter will burn quickly. I do have to say I think any passionate cook knows the different advantages of using different forms of fat when cooking. I personally love the flavor of olive oil as well as the flavor of butter, they're both very different but I use both often. I use a neutral oil like vegetable oil for pan frying or baking because it can be heated very well and doesn't impart too much flavor on what you're cooking. if you wanted to try cooking with butter I'd suggest using it to make a gravy, or maybe add it as a finish to sautéed veggies (if it were to be added at the beginning it would burn) I'll stop there but I could go on forever lol. I love cooking

Asmr is a real phenomenon and for people who say it's not because they themselves don't have a response, well, these are the kind of people who believe the world revolves around them, and think there is only one way, when in fact, in nature and in life, there is always more than one way. Always. Anyway, you've helped me relax so much, and this is no easy task so I thank you so much. I hope you never stop doing your asmr videos. I love the old and the new. 😎
