He's dead on about people saying there will be 1000 at a festival, then no one shows up. I was promised a headcount of 1000 and I served 130. And yes the weather was perfect

Two lines, two service windows. sandwich out each window every 30 seconds for 4 hours. There is your 10K! Should be three to four sandwiches a minute per window!
