The duck curry was awesome, they liked the duck, but its the curry that was abit strong, Filipinos are not into too strong indian spices. Yes ur right, they were honest about it.

Maybe they liked it but did not want the brother to feel bad. Curry looks good also in some cultures you have to grow up to like some foods. When I came to America I didn't like their food but I got to like some of the food.

Both looks delicious. But you know everyone have their own taste. I know Filipino don't use too much spice. At least they gave it a try. Fire side cooking is always the best. You should've boil it longer. We don't put coconut milk in our meat when cooking. I can understand putting it in fish. Nice try though. Thanks for sharing.

The Filipinos in my country love duck curry, what they don't like is a strong curry power, Filipinos don't like the strong indian spices, well at least where I was staying. They don't eat dogs in the region where I was staying. Philippines i a very big place, more than 7000 islands.
