You really need to give the fermented fish sauce a chance. It's used in most Eesan food and once you have learned to love it there is no way back 😆. I love Eesan food and travelled for almost 2 month through out Eesan. Best food in Thailand in my opinion 😋

Thanks for the video. It's nice to see that part of Thailand I have never been to. By the way, the highest surface temperature on the planet Mars is 20°C so I doubt it will pose a problem for you. On the contrary, I think you would love it more on Mars but the only problem would be that there is no Isan food on Mars.

Ingredients in the curries (turmeric) are so beneficial to health and delicious. I luv Issan foods, generally compared to Thai dishes being slightly more sweet; a good balance of the two salty/spicy and sweet. You are a brave soul, 555.

14:50 That Hindu temple (Shiva Mahadeva Tewalai Shrine) was under construction near 2015, so it is a new. I been there too when they was building it. Now it seem had much more monuments.

You should come to Chaiyaphum and visiting around Thep sathit district or Thung Kamang, Kon San district which is not far from Khon Kaen. There are many nature and national parks. It would not hot like in the city. Keep going to make good content.

Mickey, you must like playing Russian Roulette. Some of those shellfish dishes, hoy, can be quite risky for contamination. Maybe it's not the spicy chilies that cause the bathroom breaks on the road, but rather the bacteria levels of meat that is kept sitting out in the hot, humid climate.
