For everyone telling me that I need to invest in tent and folding tables and chairs, I'm fully aware and have that in mind, the only reason I don't have them is that I don't have space for transporting them. The time will come we I have a nice little open back van to take all those with us from location to location, for now...we just have to work with what we have... nature

I see why people might suggest those things, but unless you’ve heard that time and time again from your guests, then it’s not something to consider. Everyone , if not all of your guests should already know how the ting set up. Everyone knows that it’s not a restaurant they’re coming to and should embrace nature. If it’s a tent for the food not to get wet, then yeah. After all they’re there to enjoy water same way. People can bring their own tent and chairs. Out there without fear. People really say that...wow. it is okay to say things but you can't go to a store with good intentions you have to have dollars. But they are some things I would like to mention from my own professional experience. If you are having a lot of people in the water if you can assign one of your guys to have an eye out and probably look at getting some life saving skills and first aid classes. Things happen. Having a first aid kit at hand and someone with basic first aid is always a good idea. Talk to a legal person about waivers for guest letting them know full experience and possibly dangers involved, because they have ignorant people who may not listen put themselves in trouble and blame you. Other than that run your route and wish you every success.
