STEP BY STEP FOR PICADILLO!!
Steps for 3 lbs of GROUND BEEF
Grilll olive oil for 5 min
Grill 1 onion and 2 tomatoes for 10 min
Add the jalapeño chili IF you’d like at the same time
AFTER 10 MIN
ADD your ground beef to the side of the pan (shown in video)
Preparing Meat
2 (1/4) teaspoons of garlic salt
1/2 of a (1/4) teaspoons of pimienta
2 (1/4) teasespoons of salt
START GRILLING meat and tomato/onion together takes about 20 min!
After 20-25 min of the meat grilling all together
ADD 1 CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE TO SIDE OF PAN AND LET IT COOK BY ITSELF FOR 1 MIN
After 1 min mix it all together and cook it for 10 min!
Boil 3 cups of water on the another pan,
Then add it to the meat IF you like it juicy!
After it starts boiling..
ADD your potato!
Then add “caldo con sabor a res” CONSOME! 1 and 1/2 teasespoons to meat !
Let the potatos cook for about 15 min depending how you like them!
IF potatoes are cooked to your liking Add the zucchini for about to 5-7 min depending on how you like it!!
THEN ITS READY TO EAT!!!!

This video touched my heart I’ve watched it like 10 times. Every time you post with your mom warms my heart because I lost my mom when I was a year old and all the stories they tell me about her remind me of your relationship with her (what I think I would have had with my mom).
