TODAY, I'M COOKING FOR MY FAMILY.
This is a different pace to usual, just some excerpts of life in the Philippines.
Starting in Veruela, Agusan del Sur, planting is done - so we are bagging up the remaining seedlings.
Then I travel to Tagum, get my hair cut, and go to the mechanic to fix my starter the next day.
Time to cook!
Then my friend Andrew arrives in the Philippines - but not by boat!

Kumander, I have been giving some thought to your new agricultural venture and your previous attempt at raising and selling fish. The most work and the least profit is at the beginning of the supply chain so you might consider vertically integrating your new Calamansi growing venture by developing your own Calimansi based product, such as a Calamansi variation on Rose’s Lime Juice which other than the lime juice has very few ingredients. Another niche market to consider is hot sauce. Chilies are pretty easy to grow and combined with some vinegar and some fermentation produce a product which has universal appeal and demand.

Why I love this channel? I am always smiling with what I hear and see. It’s like an entertainment / variety show that you feel relaxed after watching. Love the Colour of your curry, don’t forget to add a leaf or 2 of bay leaves. It adds up a good flavour.
