I really loved their mentor/chef she was so lovely, patient & encouraging with them all. Supporting them all the way, I’d want to really impress her & do my best if I was a contestant. She’s been one of my fave mentors in Masterchef

What is Tom's problem? He didn't know that stirring the sugar would cause crystallization? FFS I learned that watching my mother cook when I was 10 yo and she was making the candy coating for candy apples. Same process for making fudge. Never stir the sugar! And he didn't weigh the sugar? He just dumped it in? What? This is pastry!

Simon Rogan..what a awesome wild ingredients Chef and nice fella .Tom Kitchen is a Chef who stands on the shoulders of his employed Chefs .Rumours are he is a nightmare to work for .So many want to be top Chefs are psychological bullies .
