Colaz, I noticed on several occasions that when some of you travel, you wear flip flops. You all need to be mindful that if, for example, a nail or piece of glass was to severely cut your feet, that could put a real damper on the trip. Uncovered shoes should only be worn in the house or yard. When going outside on visits, wear sneakers or closed up shoes.

I travel a lot and is a more experienced traveller than Colaz who is still green around the ears when it's comes to travelling. There are certain things when it comes to my safety that I will not do. Seriously, do it. We can’t avoid all non food items getting into our food but a lot of it can be minimized. I think you’d be the perfect person to create a food based line of spices that are strong enough to give our foods dat flava. Mi ear se, if yu waan sinting done, give it to a busy man.
