Putting oil in your pasta water, is a "no no" ! it may help your pasta to keep from sticking, but it will also keep anything from absorbing into the pasta. You don't need oil. Frequent stirring will keep your pasta from sticking ! Forgo the oil. Your pasta dish will turn out much better without it ! You want your pasta to absorb all the goodness from the sauce you have made.

They look really sharp and are.) Plus there is a ring/'cup' style purportedly for nutmeg but I hate it as it makes nutmeg dust and the taste gets lost. Better is an old style all steel nutmeg grater or the nutmeg (fine side) of standard box graters. Those are the same burr.) I looked at hundreds of box graters and read dozens of reviews and bought the best and reasonable OXO soft grip. About $25? There are so many designs. Thre are things from another century that look like a UFO landing on Alcatraz or something. Strange. Awkward probably. And most are putting on airs to charge crazy high prices but are no better as essentially it's just punched and folded sheet metal after all.
