The type of tomatoes paste or sauce you use in making your jollof will determine the taste of your jollof. The best tomato 🍅 to use for my jollof is Suzy Bell tomato purée. Hmmmm Yummy.

Nàana one thing I have noticed is that jollof doesn't want much pepper.if you had used the same stew for plane rice, it wouldn't taste too hot. Try it next time, trust me, it my discovery. ❤
