I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for One year, it works, I have a 3 hour eating window because I do 23 hours, but 18 hours is great too, you will lose weight, also fasting is good for overall health

Great little video..a bit of everything...i never let my kids have sugary cereals..i think usa foods are way more full of sugar than ou rs( Australia). Our kids mainly eat weeties( no sugar at all) and milk. They only had milk or water as drinks up to grade 7. Guess i was strict but my mother in law had everything !!!
