Cooking Hye Episode 4: Mock Keyma and Cheese Boreg

Hello everyone, welcome to the Episode 4 of Cooking Hye! Today, Dawna will be making Mock Keyma (a delicious, vegan dip) and Cheese Boreg (essentially a pastry filled with cheese and parsley).
Recipes:
Mock Keyma:
1 cup fine (#1) bulghour
2-8 oz cans tomato sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup oil (a little less if use olive oil) 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup parsley, finely chopped
Cheese Boreg:
1 lb. Jack cheese (shredded)
1 package filo dough
1 egg
1/2 c. Finely chopped parsley
1 stick butter, melted
