Palak paneer looked delicious, and I do the same thing to remove bitterness of cucumber. My mother-in-law (German) taught me and I have passed down to my family. Your daal chawal looked delicious especially served with mango pickle!! I love mango pickle😋😋. Looks like daal for supper tonight. Thanks and I hope you share more cooking videos.

So some spices are available all around Central America but some are not so we stock up or our friends bring up some stock lol

Your dog looks overheated with all that fur on the beach. 🐕 I could definetly eat Indian food every day over typical Costa Rica rice and beans diet. I love spicy flavorful food. Indian and Mexican are my favorite. The food in Costa Rica drives me insane its so boringly bland. Even the pizza sauce in Costa Rica is extra bland. My husband is Costa Rican and he can only eat the most mild Indian dishes. Where were you living while your van was in the shop?
