Sì, sembra fantastico. Sicuramente due volte a settimana! Riguardo i tuoi video in continuazione. Sto cercando di andare in Calabria in estate per una vacanza ma soprattutto solo per mangiare e godermi le spiagge. Potrei dormire sulla spiaggia, sembra così bello! In questo momento sto bevendo uno spritz al limoncello mangiando una brushetta e salame con un po' di formaggio e grissini e peperoni ripieni di olive con formaggio morbido. Poi cucinerò le polpette al peperoncino con una salsa al peperoncino mutti calabiano con gli spaghetti. Per dessert ho il tiramisù. Magari un espresso dopo il pasto. Inoltre con il cibo bevo del vino rosso chiamato Masso Antico Primitivo, è molto buono! Rimani benedetto! ❤

My mother is from Amalfi and she would very much approve of this video 😂but one thing we have done for a long while [I'm 71] is add mashed achovy fillets + oil from the can to the pan right at the start, and cook them until dissolved: raises the flavour to a whole new level

I really like to grate my garlic and cook it. Doing that will evenly cook ever part of the garlic in the oil. I actually use my zester to do it instead of the grater with the 4 sides.

I was born in America, but my grandparents were born in Italy. Our meal preparatiions, portions and presentations are very similar to yours. We do not have as much fresh fish, sadly. But we seem to have more ensalda or leafy dark greens. Also drenches in olive oil with a little balsalmic vinger. Like you our meals are all about bringing the family together. Buona sera

So glad you use different types of tomato for the sauce I’ve been doing this not knowing if I was doing it right but now you said your nonna said to do this I’m glad I was right!!! I also love to use mutti I like to buy the ready made sauce from mutti with Calabrian chilli infused it in and when I make my own sauce I like to put basil leaves in and I love to use black pepper too!! 😊 I was glad to see another video was uploaded as I was searching for something to watch and I got excited when I seen a new video from you. Mutti is very good. I also like Pomi and La Rosina. Good passata makes a huge difference and it’s not worth buying cheap passata that is acidic and takes ages to cook out.

Enjoyed your cooking skills and Italian philosophy of food. For future kitchen videos, use warmer temperature lighting (a set of LED lights are inexpensive). White lighting gives a cold feel. Anyway, your food prep has stirred up my appetite immensely!

How about a lasagna video? I am confused about the addition of bechamel sauce. Not something I think was in the recipe I grew up eating. Love making tomato sauce tho! My Nona always said to only buy the whole canned tomatoes. That way you could see what you're getting before they chopped them up. I have a hard time finding Mutti here. I use Cento San Marzano style here. I get Mutti when we're in Poland tho. Good luck in London! Did my post grad schooling there at LSE. I always looked forward to the weekend when I would fly away to a different country!
