bro you do not need ANY oil in the pan before frying. You want a dry pan to sear it. The steak fat creates its own juices. Also I would recommend seasoning right before frying. If you do it 15 mins befire the salt pulls the juices out of the steak and then you fry it all away. Just some suggestions but yours looked bomb too! Truckers deserve meals like that for what we do. edit: I don't have cashapp but I'll always watch the whole video

Wagyu is so good. Have you had it with a dipping sauce before? If you ever get Wagyu again, I recommend dipping it in Yakiniku Sauce. Either that, or just some simple sesame oil. Great video again, Alex. I'm not a truck driver, but I enjoy your videos.

I dont know if you did, but the rendered out fat in the pan is actually worth saving in a mason jar or something. You can use it instead of cooking oil later on and it flavors whatever else you are cooking. Wagyu tallow is even its own product, you can buy jars of just the fat which makes fried vegetables taste like heaven. And I mean, you did pay alot for that fat already right? Just... be careful, it does expire eventually ^^ Love to see a trucker who takes the time to actually cook a proper meal on the road though!
