I always wanted to try this as well! Everyone who I know that has done it says it is the best way to cook steak. Good on ya for giving it a go. Cukes with salt, yum! Thanks for sharing your new cooking method! :) :)

I have done it a few times. Some say it gets done faster. To me it seems to taste better but that could be my imagination

I was surprised at how juicy it remained! I assume you can do chicken or sausage or anything else the same way but I don't know for sure!

Also dude I've been thinking about what I can do to be unique, I think we are our own person and that makes our channels unique, I've also tried to do a cool intro and cool drone montages which is unique. One type of video I wanna do though is a Hike and Camp kind of thing, summit a mountain and then camp at its base. I really haven't shown anything on here yet as far as the beauty we have. I've been on the edge of the mountains. There are some huge ones deeper west though that I've climbed and plan to climb. I think it would be really cool if I went up a summit, then camped at the base! If I could I'd share some photos. One for example is Mount Temple, I am panning on doing that at some point, another one is Mount Tombstone South, I did that last year then camped at a lake near by. Might do that one with Luke as it would be hard to film on my own. What do you think?

@@Nic_ChyI agree with you and I think it sounds awesome! I love your videos and your drone footage! My channel is just a fun hobby, I think yours can be something.. your channel looks very professional, your personality is really good and calm with a touch of spontaneousness from time to time.. you have a very calming and soothing voice also.. the places you go are absolutely beautiful! I think it would be cool to see any critters you come across if you ever do.. I think hiking videos do better if it's in very short interesting clips with constant different angles and scenery of course in your case.. long recorded hikes kind of start looking the same and get boring I think.. your campouts are great and your cooking is awesome! @Daroo468 Thanks for the feedback! That's really cool you think all that about the channel. I agree long drawn out hikes can be boring, will have to do it in a way that's interesting. Good intro to start, in order to show the camping I'll be doing in addition to the hiking. Then maybe keep the whole hiking segment to 5-6 minutes. Intro, nature shots, walking, beautiful shots at the crazy spots, couple talking clips then chilling at top before heading back. I'll think of a plan. I think the views will do a lot of the talking. I'm gonna send you some pics of this one I did last year, it's unreal. Won't be allowed to fly a drone up there but no need

When I was in the Boy scouts growing up we always tried to keep ashes out of our food and if we dropped a piece of food into the Coals we left it because we felt like it was ruined.. I was expecting all kinds of crunchiness but there was none.. I am very impressed with how good it works. Thank you for watching and commenting!
