The tour they're on seems to indicate this is to support Hopeless Romantic. The two seem to have a comfortable rapport here. It's sad what happened but it's not like it wasn't foreseeable. Patrick has a history of messy breakups. Don't marry rock stars, people. It's a hopeless cause to be married to someone whose profession is to exist in extended adolescence for perpetuity. Screw them, love them, turn them loose when it's all done and walk away. It's cleaner.
