Bhai Latif, Asalamoalaikum . I must say that when you say bismillah it just adds a whole lot of flavour to any dish. Often people forget but I rate this man, never forgets to bless the food throughout. Mashallah.

Such a beautiful gesture, everytime I visit my place of birth I always carry small change to distribute to the needy. 100 taka here and there will not make me any poorer but will 100% feed that poor soul a stomach full of food. Keep these videos coming my bro.

You can buy those ‘ knives’ in the U.K . many people from the Asian subcontinent use them daily for food prep. Once you know how to use it it’s actually great. I just use a knife now

Every Bengali home in uk has one, it’s a knife but for the foot so when cutting food no pressure needed on the hands. This way you can cut food faster than a hand held knife.

Hey Latif, love it bud. Down this way the women do all the cooking but we use outdoor fires as well. See the guys ready to screed the cowshed sifting the cement, done that a few times myself, sand gets very heavy as we do a water soak as well. Love to see the guys building. There's a lot of European people who live in Pattaya doing food hand outs for the Thais who have lost everything as the tourist industry has collapsed. Your garden looks neater than mine, we grow the same plants by the look of it. Nice to see you back, be safe, and love the rural footage. Are you going fishing with the throw nets?

I've missed you so much, Latif. Glad you're doing well. The menu sounds fantastic. So wonderful to help out the needy with such great food. Biryani rice, yum. I'm in the middle of making British style sausage rolls for Thanksgiving appetizers. My hubbie never ate them before, and was blown away how good they are...they use regular hot dogs here in Texas, and they have the nerve to call them sausage rolls...just not the same at all.
