I agree with you, I have seen both been patronising towards Jamaicans, it's the old "white man have to teach black man" mentality. Coco Girl has no intention to learn how Jamaicans do thing, like peeling a green banana, instead of being humble, she makes a mess with her nails, it's sick. I find it cringy. I wish they respected that it is the country and environment of Jamaicans and they know best.

U don’t have to peel the banana… next time it’s easier to just cut the top and bottom put a straight cut line and drop it the boiling water… it will be easier to peel the skin once it’s cooked …just wash them before u cook it in the skin.., just a tip😊

Well heat kills a lot of germs but u need to wash ur hands. Handwashing is one of the most effective way to prevent infection. Still love u. Ur vibes though. ❤🇯🇲

Spices from nature are very good for the body. People in the Caribbean use natural spices for hundreds of years. I believe you are thinking spices are the ones purchased in the small bottles which is 'imported' from outside of Jamaica. The spices that are regularly used are Ginger, Oregano, Saffron, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Garlic, Rosemary, Turmeric, cloves, nutmeg etc etc.

"Roma" tomatoes are alkaline when consumed dr sebi recommends them same things as limes they are acidic on the outside but turn alkaline when digested into to body. So you can eat the tomatoes that are original. Look into it, some foods turn alkaline when eaten :)
