I'm actually still struggling with the t-bone steak. I've set the timer for 70s each side, and then I still get penalised for cooking mistakes.

What kills me with a lot of some of the dishes in game it says bad cutting technique. Dont matter if its a slight bit above an amount of onion or below it dont matter if you salt the potatoes exactly like this person did 3g each one dont matter if you cook the steak on the grill pan or on the grill i go to submit that damn dish each time it says something wrong. I baked everything at right time too but its like you cant make a perfect 5 star on the t bone steak on the ps4 its like it finds anything the slightest bit off to pick about. I used even every different cutting technique options from slices wedges auto slicer even did it like how this person does in the video but always a complaint...Cooking Simulator devs really need to fine tune their game for real

And I even tried cutting multiple onions for a bit until I had enough 20g pieces to equal up to 120g of onion still a complaint...I have tried a lot of different approaches 😅

Hi, in this game it doesn't matter how the pieces look, but how many grams they have. So, as in real life, you have to take into account that the potato is a bit thicker in the middle than on the sides, so the inner slices have to be smaller to leave more on the sides.

@@VaalKioshi And it doesn't have to be exactly at 20 grams, they have slight variations there. It can be in the range of 18 to 21 grams, but it has to be as close to 120 grams as possible.

@@VaalKioshi The most common mistakes with spices tend to be that there are other spices left on the cutting board from a previous meal, if so, just click once on the trash can with the cutting board in hand. Or not enough seasoning on the dish. For example, if there is supposed to be 5 grams of salt, you click five times, but sometimes what happens is that instead of the potato, the salt falls on the cutting board. But just hover over the potato and see if it actually has 5 grams on it and add a gram if necessary.

Also I did a thing with the onions I slightly cheated with the onions by cutting multiple onions until I had mostly perfect pieces that I needed 😅 I mean it worked so I don't see why not lol
