Cooking some quick Trini Chinese Food

U did great....no questions asked💯🥰. Only difference as a tip what i do in the fry rice is i add the sesame oil to heat with a drizzle of cooking oil 1st before frying up the veges...when the sesame oil gets heated up and cooked a bit, its brings out full flavour! Awesome as always!!!!💞

I always wonder every time I look at someone cooking in Trinidad. They leave the spoon in the pot. I'm from Trinidad my mother never ever left the spoon on the pot. If it's a new thing or just individual.. . Anyway great food. Bom appetite. BLESSINGS
