Sometimes I would take a bag of Fritos, can of chili, some 4 blend cheese, salsa and whatever else you can think of and roll it up in a soft wrap or just scatter the fritos on the bottom, followed by chili and cheese, quick and tasty.

Love quesadillas … have the same cooker. After living in Korea for a year, I travel with kitchen scissors. Just lift up a side of the quesadilla and cut to the center. No need for knife or plate! Wipe out the quesadilla maker and you’re done! Happy trails, friend!

Use a toaster oven with the side coffee pot. Lots you can cook in that and you can boil anything in the coffee pot.

If your using electricity sometimes, you could try an induction burner. I use the Nuwave and love it.

You can also make breakfast burritos, just pre scramble your egg mixture, put it into a plastic container and make your burritos in the red quesadilla cooker, just need to heat it up to melt the cheese! Also, put tater tots in with the eggs to make it more hearty! And you can add your sauce before cooking to the egg mixture.

What's good about that quesadilla grill is you can use it for a breakfast quesadilla the next morning! Scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage and/or bacon? Sprinkle some grated cheese... maybe some hot sauce or ketchup or better yet - chipotle mayo! Oh, yum! I make wraps with this list of ingredients all that time and they're so good!

My tip for what you did is if no leftover steak etc buy the pre cooked Carnitas or Al Pastor in the vacuum sealed bags. It's in the spot where they sell it the ready cooked Ribs etc. Also have Asian and other ready to heat stuff..

In Asian countries, they use regular scissors as kitchen utensils marked specifically for food. It would have been perfect for cutting the quesadilla. Also great for opening food packages.

You can get frozen cooked fajita meat (chicken or steak) that I use for emergency quasidillas (sp).

That quesadilla looks delicious. if you have shore power use a small crockpot throw stew meat, onions and s little bit of salsa, in the crockpot. cook for 4 to 6 hours, heat up. refried beans in an electric skillet, warm up some tortillas in the skillet. layer of beans, top with meat and onions, little cheese. Viola, good burritos in the truck, no propane.

Hey man, I really like your videos, I'm considering buying a truck and modifying the bed based a lot on your setup. Also, you can try using the quesadilla maker to make a pizza. Use pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings you like. Let the tortillas get decently crispy for pizza though. Keep up the good work man!

Hey bud! Just wondering, what do you do to combat condensation to avoid the chance mold? Just trying to see what other people are doing. Personally I have solar and use a 12v dehumidifier. What do I like to eat when camping? Steaks, M.R.E.'s, soup & stews W/ a sandwich. I do the same thing with my power cord as you do. I was in a pay campground & the glampers looked down at their noses at you. They all thought I was homeless. They said "You live out of your truck?" "No, I live in Fla. I CAMP out of my truck." They say "Oh". I guess they think that I can't afford a camper. LOL :)

I have a quesadilla maker like that but without the 8 portion dividers. I take unsweetened pancake mix and fill the device , then I spoon hormel chili into the pancake mix and close the lid. It's really good if your like me and cant do super sweet breakfasts.

Been watching your videos and subscribed. My friends and I are trying to get ideas for weekend camping in our vans/SUVs. But I’m scared about several things (cooking with propane or electric), fear of cold, and definitely the unknown (animals, snakes, wasps, and even psycho serial killers).
