I can't believe I'm just getting this now... Hang in there Mike, I had my heart attack 8 years ago at the age of 57 - followed by quadruple bypass. When hardcore vegan for about 3 to 5 years afterwards and cut out alcohol for about 2 years. We introduced meat and eggs in some dairy a couple of years ago. Went on a real exercise thing. Diet and exercise! Will keep you in my prayers!

I was actually stuck in the hospital for 9 months due to similar issues with worse complications. You videos really helped me during that time and since. I wish you a speedy recovery and stay away from those stogies! You might need to stay away from others that smoke for awhile. You don't want to have to go back to the hospital!

Hi there Mike it’s been a few days since my last message and I just wanted to let you know I’m thinking of you and the lovely Mrs, how are you going?

This video hits on a different level today. I watched this when you posted it and thought how close we are in age and how crazy it would be to go through something like this. Well two days ago I ended up in the ER with a pulmonary embolism in my left lung. I never thought Id be hooked up to a EKG machine and getting a CT scan on my chest at 38. I hope your recovery goes smoothly and I hope the next video is about how freakishly fast youre healing up. Cheers
