Slurp 😋😋 look at that kheema sizzling away along with those 🌶 spices and the red tomatoes and green chillies. Yum yum 😋😋. I would do exactly what mama bear is doing : using the chapati as a plate has its own euphoria!! I did that all the time in my childhood. I see that the terracotta pottery is serving well, it's use besides a matching brick challah. Everything looks so ethnic and desi, under the cling wrap! Reminds us of our cultural heritage! 🥰🥰 I love the dhaba style cooking, that gives such a distinct flavour to street food. I am reminded of Indian Bombay pav bhaji and South Indian Masala Dosa, made on tawa too! Also of the Lucknow side Awadhi tawa fried matar ( peas) kheema and galawati kebabs, eaten with rumali roti! 😋😋
