Cooking the Turkey and our Christmas Day

That looks like my oven Graham,we took Heidi's presents to Barassie at 10am and we had our Christmas dinner there at 12,Heidi is a Manchester City fan and Santa brought her tickets for the Boxing Day day match against Everton so that's why we had our dinner early as they were leaving for Manchester at 3 to have an overnight before the game as it's over 4 hours travel time,great video again,hope you had a lovely Christmas,Merry Christmas to you Wendy and the family 🎅🤶

im glad you and wendy had a great christmas graham , the turkey looked fantastic, his ordship and i were invited out on both days, but neither family had turkey, so we havent had, any this year, but i will cook one on new years day. that really nice streaky bacon ,ihavent seen one thats so lean in a long time would be perfect for liver and bacon. how was it cooking in your big oven after all this time, i bet it was a bit strange. i cooked a duck in the ninja on the slow cook mode then crisped it up in the airfryer it was just lovely, andmy son took it home to enjoy the rest of it, well graham and wendy the year has nearly finished so his lordship and i will wish you ,wendy and your family a very happy new year and a big thankyou for all your tips, recipes and certainly all the banter and funny things that you and wendy get up to, you make our days brighter thankyou xxxxxx

Hi Grace, I read your comment and thought I’m not sure how to answer. We always love hearing from you and his lordship. We are just Wendy and me bungling along as family’s do. We have no idea what we will say or do but you two just seem to understand it’s all a bit of fun while cooking our food. Wendy puts a lot of effort into the food while I fool about and get in the way. We class you both as family, KZbin can be very one way but not with you lovely people. Thank you both. One last point “ what no Turkey” we weren’t going to have one but I got it in that bundle from the market which has been very good so far. You would have laughed seeing me walk around wondering where to put all the baking dishes from inside the oven. I wondered if I could stack some behind his lordships throne 😂😂😂🥰😍❤️😘👍

Hi Graham, that bit you pulled out the back of the turkey and said, what that in there? was it's neck LOL when we used to get these in a turkey mum used to boil them up for the dog shame you did not cook that in the hysapientia 24ltr - bet loads of people would have loved. to know if it were possible and if so, how to do it and how long it takes. Pork & Chicken (and Turkey) are about the only things I'd rather slightly over cook than under best part of a full chicken or turkey is after when you get to sit with the carcass and pick the meat off. picking a chicken as we call it (also a song by Eve Boswell)

Hi Mate I was a little tongue in cheek with what came out of the Turkey. I like a laugh but I think people that crush a massive Turkey in a tinny air fryer don’t understand it needs heat circulation to cook properly. We just show people how we cook our food, it’s not just about views for us. We want it right because we are eating it. I know exactly what you mean I see it all the time. Hi Stephen, it makes me smile, when I fitted the kitchen I lifter the oven because it was much easier to use and now it we use air fryers that sit on the worktop anyway 😂😂😂😂😂🎅🌲

Happy Christmas to both of you Mary. I’ve been waiting to see how you got on. I couldn’t really cook the Turkey before Christmas Day. Take the thermometer out of its case. Click on the thermometer, there’s three dots top left corner. Click on these. Open settings ,then slide to c not f. If this makes no sense I will make a video for you 😍🥰❤️😘🌲🎅

back in the day when you got giblets with chicken, mostly the neck my mum used to give it a good simmer and she would practically suck thr meat off the bones her treat

That ain't a turkey, it is an ostrich. We had a seafood cocktail, chicken with beef and gammon etc. by which time I could only eat a small portion of cake. I think my stomach has shrunk because it is only used to very small portions of cold water gruel. WHERE"S MINE?????
