Castor oil is very good. My adopted mom used to boil it. So I learned how to boil it. And she used it to drink, hair nails and skin. Having bowl movement problems then a bit of castor will loosen it up. Castor has a lot of properties that are very good. She told me never boil castor oil around anything with salt. She said it will drop your hair out.

Oh Rocio, in my culture we cook up the tomatoes and the onion… GARLIC is a must. Cook them up and pour over fish , or better still, cook them down with the fish in to a stew. Cultures differ…

I drink castor oil then soak in very warm water 1to 2 hours then pain started I had to head to labor room with in 2 hrs.

I liked it when you said that an outside kitchen is what we traditionally use to prepare our meals and people do not complain ' that I don't have a kitchen...in a child's voice '. Liked that so much. I have a modern kitchen but I recently adopted an outside one as I enjoy the outside living ...plus..we have a lot of free wood from tree cuttings .. pruning

Well done Rosio to spend your Sunday picking some Sukumawiki or Kale and heading to your mother in law to share cooing ideas. Yes, plant other vegetables next time to utilise the land and have a variety of different vegetables. It is good for you to keep busy so you get to exercise your body more. Mingling traditional Ugali was one challenge you did so well and I in particular gave you 9 out of 10 = 90% Very Good. Keep practicing because practice makes perfect. Good luck our chefs, Rosio, Congrats Mum and Hallo Baby preparing Brown Ugali from sorghum flour mixed with cassava flour, fish, sukuma or kale, Chapati, Avocado etc…WELL DONE GUYS!!! In addition to pumpkin why don't you add pumpkin, amaranth ( murenga?!), lettuce, Chinese mustard, cabbage and tomatoes to the kitchen garden since there's plenty of space? These seedlings are available wherever you buy sukuma week seeds. These will provide variety.
