I quit my job as a teacher to travel the world and learn the secrets of healing.
But before that, I was drowning in depression, anxiety, fear, and insecurity.
My relationships were unhealthy and so was my mind and body.
I paid thousands of dollars for therapy, coaching, and courses. Yet I continued to feel unhappy.
I felt deeply lonely. I wanted to shed my skin and become invisible.
I was going in endless cycles of unhappiness, so finally I packed my bags and left America. What came after, completely changed my life.
I spent the past 5 years traveling all around the world to find the real secrets to healing. I studied with some of the worlds greatest teachers and healers. I learned to re-parent myself.
I’m still learning each day and sharing the journey with you here 😊

I loveeeee papaya salad and I was thinking to myself where will I get green papaya from outside of Thailand? Our teacher shared that you can ACTUALLY use green apple, zucchini, or cucumbers 😩😳 I'm so curious to try how that taste ☺️

You can switch from papaya to any fruits, but if it is a sour or sweet fruit, you adjust lime juice and sugar to keep the same taste. My favorited is Corn spicy salad.

This is sooooo cool to know. I'm used to the orange papaya which has such a strong taste. It makes sense that you can switch to any papaya because the green papaya has a very light Taste!

Look at all those food. The Asian everyday food, are full of herbs and spices and vegetable. No wonder the obesity rate is relatively low compare to the rest of the world.
