baldy hardnut this is ssoooo true. the guys who get girls are usually the most friendly/charasmatic and confident, not always the best looking guys in a room. looks will help, but you have to be genuinely comfortable and confident. women are not a foreign species... just remember that. try to get to know the person in front of you.
