Ugh there’s so much misinformation about potatoes and carbs. I had a lifestyle change that helped me change my unhealthy vegetarian habits. It’s called the spud diet. Potatoes and veg 3 times a day . I’m now down 25 lbs since the middle of July 2017. Yes, 25 lbs lost from eating carbs, greens and potatoes for every meal.

Oh Boi Lin well, normally you have to do it with a guide or shaman and you can do it for different reasons, to heal, to try to connect with the one. Sorry it’s a very vague answer but really difficult to answer in a short way.

Oh Boi Lin It's an hallucinogen, it helps to take you out of your body, you can see visions, you can use it as psrt of an emotional healing process, it's really interesting. I'm slowly doing something similar with magic mushrooms as I have Complex PTSD and none of the treatment currently offered in the UK has helped. We get 8 to 12 sessions of CBT and that's the end of treatment. Not a lot of use.

Fuck paleo and overly high protein, eating animal foods will make you gassy, just eat whole unprocessed plant foods. If you’re eating vegan properly you don’t need a gradual change, you don’t need excessive supplements, it’s not radical, it’s not hard, it’s not fashion, it’s the lifestyle our physiology is most adapted to. Now excuse me while I go chop up a squash. Edit: olive oil is not “the type of fat you want”, olive oil is to olives what white sugar is to fruit, a processed derivative, dietary fat should be kept to 10-20% of calories, and that should be from naturally occurring plant fats in their whole form. Nuts, seeds, avocado, durian, etc.
