Sounds like a great recipe!I usually use grapes or dried cranberries… now I’ll try both! Also I use chopped pecans…. But I’ll try the cashews! And the dill…wow! That will put it up a notch for sure! Thanks Erin and Holly! ❤️

You would have got 10/10 but one child doesn’t like mayo. 🤷🏼‍♀️But my husband even told me to be sure to add this to the recipe book. ❤

Such a great high protein healthy snack! We made this TWICE and the kiddos love making it with me! 😍 Thank you! 🙏🏼 To make it a tad healthier we do less of the chosen mayo and add chopped avacado and sub grapes for diced apples and a little hint of mustard and it turns out still as great! Having a fun Mommy Daughter cooking date is so memorable and good teaching opportunity. I’m not a fan of fruit in a savory salad. I’ve only thought of only vegetables in a salad or just fruit in a dessert salad, never veggies and fruit together. And it starts up my gag reflex even thinking about a dairy or mayo dressing on fruit. I can’t imagine combining grapes, mayo and chicken together, oh my🤢. But to each their own. I’m just happy to see the joy you both have creating together in the kitchen.

That looks delicious. For a flavor twist once in a while, I can highly recommend swapping out the grapes for drained Wild Maine Blueberries you can get in the frozen section. Regular blueberries completely lack flavor, but the tiny wild ones are a party in your mouth! We have an insanely popular farm to table cafe in our city that makes their chicken salad this way, called The Bluebird. It's their most popular item on the menu with quite a cult following!

I'm so glad you shared this recipe! Yesterday at the grocery store I actually bought a bunch of different ingredients to make several different kinds of chicken salad and tuna salad because I've been craving it! Plus, it's easy on my stomach and I've been able to keep it down since I haven't been able to eat much since I had my 2nd dose of chemotherapy this week. Thanks again so much! Also, if you would please remember me in your prayers. I've got breast cancer and ovarian cancer and was just diagnosed with both last month and both are already stage 4. I just turned 42 in June so I'm still fairly young. I have strong faith though and I've gave it all to God and I know He can heal me and He knows what's best for me! ❤

I love this recipe. If you want to be gluten-free or you don’t want the carbs you could make a potato or macaroni salad and I use cauliflower. I blanch it on the stove for about 5 to 7 minutes till the cauliflower it’s just slightly crunchy let it cool completely then I just cut up all kinds of vegetables you could add some egg, I use the same mayonnaise. You use a little apple cider vinegar a little bit of whatever sweetener you like and any type of spices and it literally taste just like a potato or macaroni salad but you get no gluten or carbs so it’s perfect if you’re gluten free or if you’re diabetic
