If it's the red one, you can use the same salsa left over and use it for enchiladas rojas!! I make the salsa for enchiladas and the left over salsa I use it the next day for the chilaquiles

Remember when chopping an onion to cut the top end off first, lay it on its top, cut through the ROOT BOTTOM, then lay it on the cut side down, and begin chopping. Way safer!! Hope that makes sense😂 i love these tacos 😍😩

Hi Gabriel! A cook’s tip that I can offer you, because I don’t want you to get hurt, is placing 2 damp paper towels underneath your cutting board; that way it doesn’t move around while you’re cutting. Loved the video!!
