Cooking With Volk and Logan Paul | Big Mac Tacos
Alexander Volkanovski catches up with Logan Paul and Mike Majlak of the Impaulsive Podcast in Puerto Rico to make the viral BIG MAC TACOS.
Making Big Mac Tacos or Smash Burger Tacos is easy. First start by pressing a thin layer of ground beef mixed with salt and pepper onto a small flour tortilla. Then, you place that, beef side down, onto a preheated griddle or skillet. To smash it, you need something flat about the size of the tortilla. I used a saucepan. You place that on the tortilla and press down, smashing the burger. This makes for a delicious golden crust on the beef. After a minute, you will flip the tortilla and place the cheese slices on top. Cover the pan briefly to let the cheese melt and remove from the pan. Serve with iceberg lettuce and chopped pickles.
Ingredients
Small flour tortillas.
Ground beef/ mince
American / Sliced cheddar.
Onion
Iceberg lettuce.
Big Mac Sauce-Mayonnaise, pickle relish,, mustard, white vinegar, onion powder
