Fun fact: that white thingy on the egg isn’t the umbilical cord lmfao, the name of it is chalaza and it’s purely made of protein, it’s there to(let’s say in simple words) hold the yolk in the middle of the egg preventing the yolk from bumping into the sides of the eggshells, and if you crack an egg and you see these white strands, be glad, that means your egg is new and fresh!

tip for the coffee temperature: (my dad loves coffee so this is what i know from him) if your coffee is too hot i think you can adjust the settings on you coffee machine, because it should be the perfect temperature to drink when you’ve just made it. and to make your coffee stay warm, you can pre-warm your cup by putting it under the frothing thingy and turning the knob a little bit so a bit of steam comes out, that way the cup is warm before you put the coffee in i hope this helps :)

I would say instead of just chopping and folding in the strawberries to your batter, blend them to however chunky/ smooth you'd like the texture. Then place on the stove with a bit of sugar / sweetener to reduce it down. When it's cooled, add that to your mix and bake! You can try this with the blueberries, too ❤️

I haven’t watched one of your videos in a really long time and this one popped up so I had to watch it. I go to culinary school and this is exactly how I started. I started making my own sauces and experimenting. I ended up falling in love with cooking and now I realize that’s what I want to do with my career.
