I used delicious potato instead of flour for Potato cheese donuts. The outside is crispy but inside is very soft. Onion is added to make it even more delicious.

1. 2.5~3 Potatoes
2. 2 Eggs

5. Potato Starch
6. Flour
7. Bread crumbs

I have read all the positive comments and while I agree with those who talk about the lovely presentation of your recipes this particular recipe actually disappointed me. The shape helped up very well and did fry to a beautiful rich golden brown. However the onion was still not cooked the way I would have liked it and one thin layer of cheese definitely was not enough to amount to anything in the taste area. I'll try some of your other recipes as I don't believe in giving up!! Plus as I said I do like your presentation so much.
