I made it. It came out so good. Tips : - Don't go overboard with the potato. It cuts out the cheese flavour. - Be generous with the cheese. - Add garlic, herbs, salt, pepper and some chilli flakes to the potato. It adds flavour. 10/10 would recommend trying out this recipe.

Just from looking at it, try replacing some of the mozz with more flavorful cheeses like comte, parmegiano reggiano, swiss cheese, sharp cheddar etc. You'll lose some cheese stretch but gain flavor. Also feta works well with honey, so maybe even some crumbles of that

I tried it out, and it was pretty good. Did it again, but replaced the mashed potato with cooked ground beef. This recipe basically makes a sealed quesadilla, so the fun is replacing the potato with whatever you like that's already cooked (since this just cooks the bread part and melts the cheese). I'm probably gonna use this recipe a lot as a base from now on.

I was given psychiatric medication again. Also, I was forced to inject psychiatric drugs, biopsy my entire arm and feet with needles, and imprisoned for a week with my hands and feet tied for no reason. The hospital tried to commit a medical fraud and charge 10 million won for hospital expenses to drive our family to suicide. And male doctors and nurses molested me. even if you are on diet I think you should be able to eat what you want, diets that makes you feel forbidden from doing things are the less effective ones, also, cooking reduces the appetite (for your brain feels like it is eating when you are preparing the plate), eating in little portions can also be a way to keep your diet, and you can always replace the ingredients that are too fattening (like the cheese or the sauce) by something else (put vegetables and spices or less cheese etc.) anyways, as I am also on a diet I hope the best for you all :)

However the dough was sticky and I had to put in more flour. When I had to roll the dough, I had to put more flour on the surface that I was rolling it on. It was also super thin and it ripped in a few places when I tried to flip it over during cooking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Other than that, it's pretty good! Delicious! 8/10. fun fact for anyone who might be wondering: the addition of mayonnaise to this recipe is pretty regular! mayonnaise is a good way to adjust the texture of a dish. also, it's good at allowing certain flavors to stick to a dish without adding another, for example in spanish / mexican culture it is frequent for corn to have mayonnaise to keep chili powder on it! (feel free to fact check me on this, based on my own experience but i could still be wrong! ^_^) edit; thanks to everyone who shared their own feelings & experiences in the replies! it was super interesting to read how many people have used mayonnaise in cooking, or have even more extensive knowledge on the subject!! much love :D

I just made this and I must say that it's really delicious and much easier to make than it looks (and it looks fairly easy). You will however need more flour- start with suggested 90g but add more as needed. I used strong wholemeal bread flour and I felt that I needed more. Also, maple syrup is surprisingly good with this (if you have that but not honey). But it's good on its own too. Overall, I definitely recommend making this

I made this and it turned out delicious! I added hot sauce, ketchup, mustard and Italian seasonings to the potatoes, and used parmesan shredded cheese. However, the dough needed more than 90g flour (I just used all-purpose) in order to mix properly. The taste was delicious, but in the frying pan, I had to cut it up and break it apart into not very tasty looking clumps. Like I said, it came out great, but very chewy in my opinion. 7-8/10 because while it was a great recipe it was not quick and easy for all of you looking for fast and convenient foods, also bc of how it was broken apart.

This actually reminds me of a traditional “bread” we eat here in Emilia Romagna (Italy) its called crescione and piadina, the dough is made in the same way but we usually put a pinch of baking powder and instead of butter we use pork fat and it depends on the city we add also honey sometimes. The difference between crescione and piadina is that crescione is usually filled with everything you want to put inside and piadina is basically used as bread and we eat it with everything we want to, but the classic (and most traditional) combination is Parma ham and squaquerone (a traditional creamy cheese)

I've already said this, and it's a very risky thing to say. Imagine you are on an island, and there is another island over there. And you want to conquer it. And they are ruled by a strong leader. "Oh but they are disciplined, and they obey their leader. It's impossible to defeat them." Ah, then we will impose democracy on them. Democratic propaganda! We will promote the most democratic way. "Oh, but they have nationalism! They will sacrifice themselves to protect their land." Ah, we will spread globalist ideology. Remove all notions of nationalism and patriotism, promote these ideas as evil. Turn them against each other so they will hate their own country and race. "Oh, but they also have incredible faith in God! They have such faith in God that they never abandon the front." Ah, then let's promote atheism and hedonism. Church time is over. From now on, only night clubs and pornography. They must be open about sex. "Oh, but the youth are healthy and strong. They're in formidable shape. They are the way the Creator made them: in his image." Ok then, from now on McDonald's, Coca-Cola, drugs, alcohol, video games. Let them be fat, lazy, weak, domesticated, undisciplined. We must abolish military service. "Ah... yeah but the other thing is that they are homogenous. They are a single people, a single race. There is no ethnic chaos." Ok, then in whatever way, we must send them boats with foreigners - whites, blacks, Asians, Muslims, Chinese. "But they have a lot of babies! 6 or 7 babies on average! They're happy to have large families!" Ok, from now on promote abortion, birth control pills. They must be individualistic and reject starting a family. You have now defeated that island without firing a single bullet.

Honestly perfect, I didn’t have bread flour so I used all purpose, but it worked well. You have to make sure the dough isn’t sticky or else it might be prone to ripping and stuff. I suggest you add garlic or something to enhance the taste 😌 but it was good. Also salted butter is fine, and it rolled out fine, it only tore a little at the bottom (crinkled part) during frying it, so make sure it is as covered as you can get it, no rips or openings ! It was so yummy.
