You can use toluene to remove the lacquer on the out side of the bottle. Use with plenty of fresh air.

I love these!! I ended up buying several packs of the eyes and just filling the bottle with eyes but I really like what you did. Also for the brooms, I pulled all mine apart so it was just the hay because to me the little brooms were too cartoonish and scale wise didn’t make sense.

I had an idea for Fall themed potions and ingredients. Fall Leaves, acorns, pinecone, or pine nuts. Pumpkin not nessicarily Halloween related. Maple just fall ideas that would be great to decorate with before the Halloween season begins.

@ surgical spirit which is apparently the UK equivalent to rubbing alcohol

@ interesting. Maybe try pre mixing a little of the mica with the surgical spirits then pouring it in to the rest of the bottle. Otherwise I’m not sure what would be causing that 😕

Hi ;-) Thx for the printable labels ! However, when I double tap to get the PDF image, that image seems quite small, and I then can´t enlarge it when printing it out, without it becomes blurry. Do you have any ideas, what I can do ? thx ;-)

@@belindahalleankersen7077 you’d have to save the pdf and enlarge it in a different program. Even Word might work. These are small, because they were made for this style of mini potion bottle.

Also a quick note idea for Target. I wish they would of made the larger bottles with the oil slick coloring, transparent. That would be very cool to have the coloring but to still be able to fill it and see through it to some degree. They are a very pretty bottle collection though. 🧡🤎💛🍁🍂🎃👻
