Hello. I tried recipe. And... i'm disappointed! As professional cook, i'm use to with more, exact recipes, but still i make experiments until they are OK if i dont like them as way they are. What about this who are not use to it ? But let's tell you what i mean, shall we ? First about water. Why exactly 500ml ? To boil potato, just need to cover them with water, but is not big problem. Then, boil them 15 min. from when ? From moment you put them on stove, or from the moment they boil ? There is very big difference! Then for corn flour. It is corn flour, cornmeal or cornstarch ? First you wrote flour, then meal, but actually look and sound like starch ... After that 1 tbsp is 30gr ?!? From when, and what the hell spoons you use ? Oar ? It's not bad to mentoned gr for every ball. Everyone can make the size they want, but, after you make them, is good to tell people how to make them exactly! For frying, if you put something like that in slightly hot oil they will drown in that oil! Will become oiled like old sponge in the oil barrel ! And also, 7 minute from when ? In the end, i make recipe, exact step by step, like video, and result was disaster! They were soaked from oil, almost all of them was teared apart, but only cuz i know that frying is wrong, i put 5 piece after oil become strong, and this and only this 5 pieces was near to video you show!!! So please, for people who will watch and try your recipe, try to be more specific, next time!
