Pro Tip: For a quicker version skip the, 2 minced garlic cloves 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground cumin. Just add 2 packages of taco seasoning of your liking to the hamburger, but add no water. I did make the dish with the store bought taco seasoning and will be adding it to my rotation as it was delicious, and so easy to make. Thank you for sharing it!

Have you tried it using Frito's? My grandmother use to make a version of this using Frito's but it didn't go into the oven, I am wondering how they would hold up in the oven. Thanks for all your amazing recipes and videos. I recommend you to everyone who will listen. Growing up in AZ I have had my share of amazing home cooked Mexican food but have never been able to recreate some dishes and you have given me that ability!
