This is my very first recipe of potato fries. HOW LOVELY!!!

WELL this is totaly different as we are making belgian fries , the word french is not correct , the reason is that the frites they found were coming from the french speaking part of belgium , SO , we are not using boiled water , neither powder , etc etc , we simple are doing the process in two steps , first in low temperature oil in order to bake the frites inside and then after a couple of minutes we increase the temperature of the oil and frie the frites again so that the outside has a golden color , nevertheless , the fries from the video are looking very nice and delicious

Instead of waiting for 12 hrs, I put them in the freezer for 2 hrs and they turned out amazing, crispy and all😍! My family thoroughly enjoyed. This will be my go to recipe, thank you 🙏🏾☺️

Pro Tip: After boiling the potatoes, make sure you blot them down with a towel before adding the corn starch. Other wise, you'll end up with "Oobleck Fries."
