On the other hand, only egg yolk contains cholesterol, you can just remove it before cooking and even though it contains cholesterol, it has a lot of nutrients and a lot of proteins to balance it out, it's far healthier than maida in every respect. It's not even comparable.

@@Rayis4444 we vegetarians definitely don't want to taste eggs because of typical nonveg smell. If it's plant based and tastes good, then we would give it a try. I'm already a fan of chaaps (seitan products) which has texture of meat but when combined with spices and butter, it's incredible.

@@Rayis4444 I'm not fond of chilla. If it's texture is like set dosa (fluffy), then it's acceptable. The rest of the things like taste and flavour will be adjusted by me accordingly. Little bit of maida does no harm since major part is besan. I would surely find alternative for maida. Eggs are not completely healthy because of high sodium content and bad cholestrol. Neither do I like the smell of fried eggs. Just high protein content can't convince me. We can get enough protein from plant based food alone. Anything extra is stored as fat and also harms kidney and liver. More protein means higher calcium needed which causes low bone density.
