Kadai Masala
1 tbsp - Gota Dhaniya Seeds
½ tbsp - Cumin Jeera Seeds
1 tsp - Sesame Till Seeds
1 inch - Cinnamon Dalchini
1 - Green Hari Elaichi
1 - Kali Elaichi
1 tbsp - Kashmiri chilli - 1 tbsp
Gravy
2 tbsp - Refined Oil
3 - Pyaaz
Taste Hisab se - Namak
1 tsp - color ke lie Kashmiri Mirch
1 tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
2 - Tamatar
Final Karne ke lie -
1 tsp - Oil
1 - Green Capsicum bada cut
1 - Pyaaz bada cut
200g - Paneer
2 - Hari Mirchi
½ tsp - Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp - Fresh Hara Dhaniya
1 tsp - Cheeni
Red Color - optional
1 tbsp - fresh cream

Hi Yaman, Nice recepie, for roasting flavour you recommend to cook vegetables and paneer at very high heat, what I did and I suppose restaurant or dhaba people also doing is - after mixing gravy and vegetables one more tadka requires - it's like this - heat oil fully and add prepared sabzi it willl get fire that will give an amazing burnt taste.
