Recipe Ingredients:
Spices - Garam Bhaja Masala -
1/2 tsp fennel seeds / saunf
1/2 tsp coriander seeds / dhaniya
1/2 tsp black pepper corn / kali mirch
1 black cardamom / kali elaichi
1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
1/2 tsp jeera / cumin
1 tsp amchoor / dry mango powder
1 tsp red chilli powder / lal mirch
1/4 tsp black salt / kala namak
Oil - 1 tsp
Panch Phoron - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Carrot - 1 medium, thinly cut
Beetroot - 1 medium, thinly cut
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp (can add only ginger)
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Aloo - 3, boiled peeled mashed
For coating -
1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
1/4 cup corn starch
1 cup water
1 cup breadcrumbs
To cook -
Oil - to deep fry
Kala Namak - 1 tsp to sprinkle

Please do dedicate a series/playlist for the following 1) Vrat Recipes 2) No onion no garlic versions of dishes (breakfast/tiffin/snacks/lunch/dinner. Soups, Salads, Starters, Main Course, Accompaniments and Side dishes, Rice, Noodles, Bread etc..) of Indian and other cuisines which normally require the use of onion and/or garlic. *Please dedicate a subseries particularly for no onion no garlic recipes for Indian dry subzis and gravies. Also for no onion no garlic South Indian dish recipes* 3) Diet versions of dishes which normally have considerable amount of oil and ghee. Especially for those with cholesterol/triglyceride problem, thyroid problem, bp etc. 4) Diabetic friendly versions of Indian (North and *South*) dishes(savory and sweet) and desserts.
