Pankaj Chandra, every community has a different style of cooking e. g. Mutton Rogan Josh of Kashmir is cooked with a different method by Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims. The dish is not having "religious name" but the style of making during eid of Muslims is different; so the name. Payasam made by Tamilians and by Keralites are totally different, so the names!
